Question Where are you shipping from
AnswerThe Tiqué headquarters is found in The Netherlands, however our affiliates are scattered around the globe. Whenever fulfilling orders, our systems check availability and lead time to determine which route is most optimal.
Question Which courier will be delivering my parcel?
AnswerFor domestic and international parcels our preferred courier is DHL. For the American market, depending on state or region Fedex or UPS are the prefferee courier.
Question What is the shipping fee?
AnswerTiqué Watches provides free worldwide shipping. Whenever there is a need for a prompt delivery, a custom quotation is sent to the customer in question.
Question Do I have to pay custom/import fees?
AnswerDepending on where you live. European customers are excluded from paying any fees as those costs are paid in full by Tiqué Watches. We advise you to contact either your local postal service or governmental organ which goes over import duties
Question Can I track my order
AnswerYes, after shipment, the parcel can by tracked by our couriers Track & Trace system.
Question How long is the warranty period?
AnswerOur timepieces are delivered with a standard of 24 months of warranty
Question What does the limited warranty cover?
AnswerThe Limited Warranty applies to Watches purchased directly from Tiqué Watches and its official affiliates and covers any material or manufacturing defects under normal use during the Warranty Period. Furthermore, during the Warranty Period, watch components covered include the movement, hands and dial.

The Warranty does not cover;
General wear and tear, improper handling or lack of care
Watch battery depletion or damage to watch battery by incorrect usage or accidents.
Water damage due to improper handling
Scratches, broken glass or chips to either case or band. Damages caused by repairs, or adjustments carried out by a third party
Lost or stolen goods or parts
Fading, discolouration or deterioration

Within the Warranty Period;
if the item is proven to be defective in material or manufacturing under normal use, Tiqué Watches will provide a like for like replacement, at no charge. If your model is not available, an alternative of equal value or similar style will be provided.

Please note;
The Warranty is void if a valid proof of purchase is not provided.

Question How do I return my timepiece?
AnswerAll timepieces can be returned free of charge and without the need to reason on why you have decided to return the goods in question. However this has to be within 14 days of purchase and the goods have to be in the same condition as the customer had upon receiving the timepiece.
Question I am experiencing some issues with my timepiece, can you help?
AnswerPlease use the contactform on our website, or contact us via Whatsapp or Facebook messenger. Please specify the issue you are facing and please provide us with a valid receipt. The customer service representative will then e-mail you the return form and further instructions on how to return your timepiece.
